Departments and show roles, shared by every project
Departments drive Run of Show column access. Roles are the actual job titles you assign someone to on a project (e.g. A1, Lighting Programmer) — each role belongs to one department, so whoever fills it gets that department's ROS columns.
Departments
A department only becomes a Run of Show column if its "Show in Run of Show" toggle is on (Production and General, for example, are role/staffing-only and stay off the ROS grid).
